2. Personal data protection and privacy policy

The client (distributor) hereby agrees to allow the provider to collect and process his/her their personal data for the purposes of their business.

The provider keeps the client’s (distributor’s) personal data for the period determined by the law.

Conditions and measures for personal data protection and the prevention of unauthorised processing are more specifically defined in the policy or in the provider’s internal personal data protection act.

The provider may perform services of personal data processing within the scope of the client’s authorisation. The provider must not process the personal data or use them for any other purpose than for the purpose of executing the services under the contract between them and the client. In the event of the need for further processing of your data for any other purpose, you will be asked for your consent in advance.

The provider must not disclose personal data, acquired during the execution of services for the client, to third parties, and must not entrust individual data processing tasks to third parties without the client’s prior consent.


3. Registration at time of the voucher realisation and the data given by the client (distributor) at the time of registration or later, since they are required to meet all the legal affairs, according to the country of the client’s (distributor’s) headquarters.

For registering on this website, the client must enter the voucher’s one-time password and choose their user name and password. Therefore they can access the website www.shopclickclub.net every time. They also need to enter their e-mail address and their phone number.

For the purpose of distributors’ commissions payments, the company acquires the following information:

A full address, tax number, company’s data, whether the client (distributor) will receive distributors’ commissions payment via their own company.


4. Client’s (distributor’s) rights to request the following from the SCLICKC Ltd company, the personal data controller at any time

Access to personal data and the following information:

  • the purpose of processing,
  • the types of personal data,
  • the foreseen period for which the personal data will be stored, or if that is not possible, the criteria used to determine that period,
  • the correction of incorrect data,
  • the reasons for the client (distributor) and the envisaged consequences of such processing,
  • one free copy of personal data in the form determined by the client (if the request is made via electronic means of communication and is not requested otherwise, the copy shall be provided in electronic form). For any further copies requested by the client (distributer) the controller may charge a reasonable fee based on costs incurred.
  • a deletion of all the data (right to be forgotten), if the client (distributer) ceases to perform actions under the contract in the “SHOPCLICKCLUB” business model, or with the SCLICKC Ltd company.

Limit the processing when:

  • the accuracy of the personal data is contested by the client, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data,
  • the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the client (distributor) for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

5. Client’s (distributor’s) rights establishment procedure

The client shall be informed that all the aforementioned claims regarding the exercise of rights in relation to personal data should be addressed to the controller’s e-mail address: info@shopclikcclub.com or by regular mail to the company headquarters’ address.

The client shall be informed that the controller may, for the purpose of reliable identification in the event of exercising the rights regarding the personal data, request addition data and can only refuse to act in the event that they can not reliably identify the client (distributor).

The client (distributor) shall be informed that the controller must answer their request about exercising their rights in relation with the aforementioned personal data without undue delay and no later than 10 days after receiving the request.


6. Validity of personal data protection
