General terms and conditions of the company

General terms and conditions of the partnership programme (platform affiliate marketing 3.0) between the provider and the client in the business model “SHOPCLICKCLUB” on the domain, managed by the SCLICKC Ltd. company (hereinafter: the provider). The partnership programme provider (platform affiliate marketing 3.0) allows every new customer to register on the page www.shopclickclub.net with a voucher, which later enables them commission payments in the “SHOPCLICKCLUB” business model in accordance with the contractual provisions, which were presented to the customer in written form and which the customer had fully read, confirmed with their signature and agreed with unconditionally, and which are stored in the printed form.

Validity and application of the general terms and conditions

The provider’s general terms and conditions are obligatory for the client (distributer). In the event of a discrepancies, individual provisions of the contract take precedence over the provisions of general terms and conditions. The provider is entitled to amend the provisions of these general terms and conditions without prior notice, including the price changes of individual services, where the applicable date is the date of announcement on the page www.shopclickclub.net. The client (distributor) is obliged to weekly monitor the www.shopclickclub.net website for possible changes of general terms and conditions, since these come directly into force after 15 days from the announcement and the business relationship continues under changed conditions.

Customer Support

The support services are available for customers and are normally carried out via e-mail or telephone numbers. The provider is obliged to take into account only the support requests that were submitted on the provider’s website or sent to the provider’s e-mail address, which is stated on the website. The answers to all the claims and complaints will be sent to the clients within 72 hours (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays in the UK are not considered in the 72-hour period). The client also allows the provider to send them information, notifications and questionnaires, which directly deal with complaints or customer support.

Rights and obligations of the provider

Provider services depend on the general performance of the Internet network. The customer understands that the server accessibility depends on third parties, and the service provider undertakes to do everything in their power to provide uninterrupted and smooth operation. The provider undertakes to perform all the services in a professional manner.

Complaint procedures

In the event of any problems and complaints, the client (distributor) can contact the provider via telephone, e-mail or send a complaint to the company’s address. The provider undertakes to conduct the complaint procedure seriously and correctly, and to immediately respond in the event of the eligible complaints of the client (distributor) in accordance with these general terms and conditions and to fulfil their obligations to the client (distributor) in accordance with the provisions.

Final Provisions

The provider and the client undertake to resolve any disputes amicably. If the latter should not be possible, the disputes will be decided by the competent court in the town where the provider’s headquarters is located.

Validity of general terms and conditions

These general terms and conditions are in effect as of 01/01/2019.
